This Shipping Policy explains how our orders are processed, shipped, and delivered to ensure full transparency and a smooth customer experience.

1. Production & Processing Time

All Velvra products are made on demand using outsourced manufacturing.
We do not keep ready stock.

Production & processing time:
4–6 business days from the date the order is placed.

During peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or high-demand seasons, production time may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once production is completed, the order is handed over to the courier for delivery.

🚚 Estimated delivery time:
1–3 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier capacity.

📦 Total estimated time from order to delivery:
5–9 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Velvra cannot guarantee an exact delivery date

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • National or public holidays

  • Courier or logistics issues

  • High order volumes


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location.

  • Standard shipping rates apply to most areas

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional fees

Any free shipping offers or promotions will be clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the contact details provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.


5. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

Velvra is not responsible for:

  • Delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Missed deliveries caused by customer unavailability

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay reshipping fees.


6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier or logistics disruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Holiday surges

  • Customs or regulatory delays

  • Supplier-related issues

In such cases, Velvra will make reasonable efforts to follow up and support the customer.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

After investigation, we will offer one of the following based on the case:

  • Replacement

8. International Shipping

At this time, Velvra primarily ships within Egypt.

International shipping may be available upon request, subject to:

  • Availability

  • Shipping cost

  • Customs and import regulations

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders.


9. Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Velvra considers the order fulfilled.

If you believe your order was marked delivered but not received, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
