Refund & Return Policy – Velvra

At Velvra, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
All our products are crafted with care using high-quality materials and print-on-demand manufacturing, meaning each item is produced specifically for you after an order is placed.

Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

We accept return or refund requests only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received
    (Incorrect design, size, or product compared to the confirmed order)

  • Damaged or defective item
    (Manufacturing or printing defects)

  • Order lost during delivery


2. Conditions for Return or Replacement

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear after use

  • Change of mind after production has started


4. Print-On-Demand Policy

All Velvra products are made on demand.
We do not hold ready stock.

Because of this:

  • We do not accept refunds or returns due to change of mind

  • We do not accept refunds for delays related to production time, as manufacturing timelines are clearly stated before checkout


5. Manufacturing & Delivery Time

Our products are manufactured through trusted third-party partners.

  • Estimated production & delivery time: 4–6 business days

  • Delivery times may extend slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods

Velvra is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.


6. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Order number

  2. Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)

  3. A brief explanation of the problem

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours.


7. Exchange Policy

  • If the error is on our side (wrong item, size, or design), we will:

    • Replace the item at no additional cost or

    • Issue a full refund

  • If the exchange is requested due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for:

    • Return shipping costs

    • Reproduction costs (if applicable)


8. Refund Method & Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Alternatively, store credit or a discount code may be offered if preferred

⏱️ Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval


9. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase only

  • Once production has started, cancellations are not possible
