All our products are crafted with care using high-quality materials and print-on-demand manufacturing, meaning each item is produced specifically for you after an order is placed.
Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
We accept return or refund requests only in the following cases:

Wrong item received
(Incorrect design, size, or product compared to the confirmed order) -
Damaged or defective item
(Manufacturing or printing defects) -
Order lost during delivery
2. Conditions for Return or Replacement
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund:

The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Print-On-Demand Policy
All Velvra products are made on demand.
We do not hold ready stock.
Because of this:

We do not accept refunds or returns due to change of mind

We do not accept refunds for delays related to production time, as manufacturing timelines are clearly stated before checkout
5. Manufacturing & Delivery Time
Our products are manufactured through trusted third-party partners.

Estimated production & delivery time: 4–6 business days

Delivery times may extend slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods
Velvra is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. How to Request a Return or Refund

7. Exchange Policy

If the error is on our side (wrong item, size, or design), we will:

8. Refund Method & Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:

Alternatively, store credit or a discount code may be offered if preferred
